How to use Orbita

01 · STARTYour first 5 minutes

1. Open orbitareels.com → Get started. Nothing to install. Continue with Google — your posts, connected accounts and settings are saved to your account, so Orbita opens on any device at orbitareels.com/app.
2. Tap the avatar (top right) → Profile. Put in your name and brand handle, and tick the platforms you use.
3. Connect YouTube if you have a channel, so Orbita can upload for you. (Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn are covered in section 7.)
4. Tap the sun in the middle → New Post. Pick platforms, write or generate a caption, pick a time, then Launch into orbit.
5. Queue → 📅 Add to calendar. Your phone will remind you at posting time even when Orbita is closed.

02 · THE SCREENWhat you're looking at

The home screen is a small solar system. Your posts orbit a sun.

03 · MAKE A POSTThe composer, field by field

1. Platforms. Tap every platform this post should go to. The character limit shown is the strictest one among them.
2. Media. Text only, Image, or Video — see section 5.
3. Caption. Type it, or use AI Copilot below the box. The counter turns red if you cross the limit.
4. Launch time. Pick a date and time, or press ✦ Best time and Orbita picks a good hour for the platforms you chose.
5. Launch into orbit. The post flies into the 3D scene and costs 1 credit.

To change a post later: tap its dot (or open Queue → Edit), change anything, and save. Duplicate copies a good post and schedules it a week later. Delete removes it, and cancels its automatic posting.

04 · AICaptions and images

AI Copilot (captions)

In the composer, type a topic (for example “monsoon offer on dental cleaning”), choose a tone — Bold, Playful, Professional or Storyteller — and press Generate 3 captions. Tap the one you like; it drops into the caption box and you can edit it.

AI image (Pro and Platinum)

Choose Image, then ✦ Generate an AI image for this post. Orbita reads your caption and creates a matching picture. You can always upload your own instead.

05 · MEDIAPhotos and videos

• Image: tap the box to upload from your device, paste an image link, or generate one with AI.
• Video: tap Upload a video — MP4 or MOV, up to 200 MB. You can also paste a direct .mp4 link.

06 · PLAN A MONTHMonth planner

1. Top bar → Month.
2. Press ✦ Plan my month.
3. Enter your topics (comma separated), a tone, and how often you want to post — 2× week, 3× week, weekdays or daily.
4. Press Auto-schedule the month. Orbita writes each post and places it at a good hour.
5. Look through the calendar and edit or delete anything you don't like.

Pro and Platinum let you schedule the full month ahead.

07 · CONNECTYour social accounts

Profile → Your platforms → press Connect next to each channel, one at a time. You always log in on the platform's own page. Orbita never sees or stores your password, and you can disconnect at any time.

08 · POSTINGWhat happens at posting time

If the platform is connected

Orbita posts it for you — even if your laptop is off and the browser is closed. The post then shows posted with a View post ↗ link. If an upload fails, Orbita tries twice more, 30 minutes apart, and then asks you to post it by hand.

If it isn't connected

The post becomes Ready to post and you get a reminder. Open Queue and you'll see three buttons: Copy caption, Open Instagram / LinkedIn / …, and ✓ Mark posted. It takes about a minute.

Two ways to never miss one

• 📅 Add to calendar (Queue): every scheduled post goes into your phone or Google calendar with a reminder 10 minutes before.
• 🔔 Reminders (Queue): a browser notification when a post is due. This one needs an Orbita tab open.

09 · GALAXYYour real numbers

Top bar → ✦ Galaxy (or press G). The camera flies to a second world where every post is a star: bigger star = more engagement, colour = platform, newer posts sit closer to the middle. Hover a star to see that post's numbers, tap it to open the post.

The bar at the bottom shows Posts, Likes, Comments and Views. Full report opens the detailed screen with:

• Cards for likes, comments, views, shares and average per post
• This week / this month / all time
• An 8-week engagement chart
• Your best platform, best day and best hour
• A sortable table of every post — click a column heading to sort

10 · UNIVERSEThe map of worlds

Top bar → 🗺 Map (or press M). Every part of Orbita is a world you can fly to.

• Open now: ☀️ Orbit (scheduling), ✦ Galaxy (numbers), 💎 Studio (AI reels, Platinum).
• Planned, and clearly locked: 💬 Inbox (auto replies to DMs and comments), 🎯 Leads, 👥 Crew (team and approvals), 🗂️ Vault (media library and reruns), 🔭 Watchtower (competitors), 📣 Ads.

Locked worlds are labelled PLANNED — NOT AVAILABLE YET. Tap one and press “Tell us you want it” to push it up the list. To come back from any world: the ← Back to orbit button at the top, the top-bar button, or Esc.

11 · AUTOPILOTAI video reels (Platinum)

Top bar → 💎 Autopilot. Fill this in once and the Orbita team's system writes, produces and schedules your reels.

1. Your business: name, what you sell, who you sell to, tone, topics.
2. Proof points: only true facts (“12 years in practice”, “4.9★ on Google”). The AI may use no numbers other than these.
3. Call to action and the language: English, हिंदी or Hinglish.
4. Subtitles: on or off, your choice.
5. Your AI presenter: describe them and pick a style — realistic, 3D animated or mascot — plus the voice you want.
6. Save business brain, then ⬇ Send setup to Orbita team. That one file has everything we need.

We send you 4 presenter options; you pick one by number and that face appears in every reel. Then Orbita makes one sample reel and shows it in Autopilot Studio (step 4). Approve it, or write what to change and it is remade with your changes (up to 3 revisions). Once approved, that style is locked and Orbita makes 7 reels at a time, posting one a day to your connected accounts. The next 7 are made when those run low, and you can pause any time.

12 · PLANSCredits and payment

1 credit = 1 scheduled post. Plans refill credits every month; top-up packs are for busy months.

13 · YOUR DATAWhere it lives, and backups

• When you sign in with Google, your posts and settings are saved to your account, encrypted, and open on any device. A copy is also kept in your browser so Orbita works even on a shaky connection.
• Sign out from Profile. On a shared computer, always sign out — it also clears Orbita's copy from that browser.
• Profile → ⬇ Backup saves everything to a file. ⬆ Restore brings it back — that's also how you move to a new laptop or phone.
• Take a backup before clearing your browser data, and now and then anyway.
• Connected accounts are stored as encrypted keys on our server, never your password. Disconnect any time in Profile, or in that platform's own settings.
• To have everything deleted, email us: see the privacy policy.
