These terms apply to your use of Orbita at orbitareels.com. By using Orbita, you agree to them.
1. The service
Orbita helps you plan, write, create and schedule social media posts. On the Platinum plan, it also produces short AI video reels with an AI presenter. Features on each plan are described on the pricing section of the app.
2. Your account and connected platforms
- You must be 18 or older and have the right to act for the business you represent.
- When you connect a social account, you allow Orbita to publish the posts you schedule. You remain responsible for following each platform's rules, such as YouTube, Meta and LinkedIn's terms.
- Until a platform's direct posting is available, Orbita reminds you when a post is due, and you publish it yourself.
3. Your content
- You own the content you upload and the posts and videos created for you, including captions, scripts, images and reels.
- You give us permission to process that content only to provide the service.
- You confirm that the facts, claims, logos and images you give us are true and that you have the right to use them.
4. AI-generated content
- Videos, images, voices and presenters are generated by AI and can contain mistakes. Please review content before it is published.
- You must not use Orbita to impersonate a real person, or to use someone's face or voice without their written consent.
- Where a platform requires AI-generated content to be labelled, you agree to label it.
5. What you may not do
You may not use Orbita for spam, misleading or illegal content, hate or harassment, adult content, or anything that breaks a social platform's rules. You also may not use it to make false claims about products, health or finances. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. Plans, payment and cancellation
- Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Prices are shown in your currency before you pay.
- You can cancel any time. Cancellation takes effect at the next billing date.
- Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. No guarantee of results
Orbita creates and schedules content. We do not guarantee views, followers, leads, sales, or how any platform or audience will respond.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep Orbita running, but it may sometimes be unavailable. Third-party services, such as social platforms and AI providers, can change or stop features we rely on. We may update Orbita and these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app or by email.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Orbita's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or business.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in India have jurisdiction.
