Orbita (“we”, “us”) is a social media scheduling and AI content service available at orbitareels.com. Orbita is operated by One Pluss Inspection And Valuation Services, a sole proprietorship registered in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, India (House No 59, Azad Ward No 11, Sihora, Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh 483225, India), which is responsible for your data. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

1. What we collect

• Your account: when you continue with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile photo. We use them only to sign you in and to show whose workspace is open.
• Content you create: captions, images, videos, schedules and settings. It is saved to your account, encrypted, so it opens on any device, and a copy is kept in your browser.
• Business details you give us (Platinum): business name, what you sell, audience, tone, topics, proof points, call to action, language, and presenter description.
• Presenter images: AI-generated presenter images. Or, if you choose, a photo or short video of a real person that you upload, which you confirm is you or that you have that person's consent to use. We use it only to create that account's presenter, and delete it with your other data when you ask.
• Notifications: if you turn on “Notify me”, your browser gives us a push address for that device, used only to tell you when your presenter options, sample reel or scheduled reels are ready. You can turn it off in your browser at any time.
• Connected account data: when you connect a social account, we receive an access token and basic profile information (such as channel or page name and ID) needed to publish on your behalf. We never see or store your password.
• Payment information: payments are collected by One Pluss Inspection And Valuation Services and processed by Razorpay. We receive the payment status, amount, method and ID, never your full card or bank details.
• Contact details: your email or phone number, if you contact us or subscribe.
• Technical data: your approximate country (to show prices in your currency) and standard server logs.

2. How we use it

• To write captions and scripts, create images and videos, and schedule and publish posts that you request.
• To show you the right prices and process payments.
• To provide support and tell you about changes to the service.

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or use your content to train AI models.

3. Google and YouTube data

If you connect YouTube, Orbita uses the YouTube Data API to upload the videos you schedule to your channel and to read basic channel information. This is done only when you ask us to.

If you also turn on Replies on your posts (Profile → Replies on your posts) and grant the extra permission, Orbita reads the comments people leave on your own channel's videos (the commenter's public name and the comment text) and posts the replies you approve, as your channel. Orbita never reads, likes or comments on anyone else's content, and you can turn this off at any time by disconnecting the channel from the same row.

Orbita's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

By connecting YouTube you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. You can remove Orbita's access at any time at Google security settings.

3a. How we share, transfer and disclose Google user data

“Google user data” means: your Google account name, email address and profile photo (when you sign in with Google), your YouTube channel ID and name, the access tokens Google gives us when you connect YouTube and, only if you turn on replies, the comments on your own videos (the commenter's public name and the comment text).

We do not sell Google user data, and we do not share, transfer or disclose it to any third party, except in these cases only:

• Google / YouTube, at your request: when you schedule a video, we send that video and its title and description to YouTube through the YouTube Data API, to publish it on your own channel.
• Our hosting providers, to run the service: Vercel, Inc. (hosting and Vercel Blob storage) stores Google user data on our behalf, encrypted with AES-256. Vercel processes it only to provide hosting to us, under its data processing terms, and cannot use it for anything else.
• AI Bench, only if you connect it with a connection code and turn on replies: AI Bench (TechInRent's AI social-media-manager service) receives the comments on your own videos so its Social Media Manager can draft a reply for your approval, and sends the approved reply back through Orbita to be posted as your channel. The draft is written with Anthropic's Claude API, which processes the comment text only to write that draft; Anthropic does not train on it. AI Bench never receives your Google access tokens. Revoking the connection code in Orbita (Profile → AI Bench → Revoke all) ends this at once.
• Upload-Post, only if you connect YouTube through it: Orbita connects social accounts through Upload-Post (TONVI TECH SL, Málaga, Spain), our publishing processor. If you connect YouTube there, Upload-Post holds the YouTube access and publishes the videos you schedule to your own channel, and returns the post link and its views, likes and comments. It acts only on our instructions, under its data processing terms.
• When the law requires it: if we must comply with a valid legal process, such as a court order, we disclose only what is required.
• Business transfer: if the Orbita business is merged or sold, Google user data may transfer to the new owner, who must keep following this policy. We will tell you first, and you can delete your data before it happens.

Google user data is never:

• shared with advertisers, ad networks, data brokers or information resellers;
• used for advertising, including personalised or retargeted ads;
• used to develop, improve or train AI or machine-learning models, or sent to AI providers — except that, if you turn on replies through AI Bench, the text of comments on your own videos is sent to Anthropic's Claude API only to draft the reply you then approve;
• read by people who work on Orbita, unless you ask us to for support, it is needed for security or to comply with the law.

Only the Google user data listed above is collected, and only to sign you in, show which YouTube channel is connected, publish the videos you schedule and, if you turn it on, show you and answer the comments on your own videos.

4. Your connected social accounts

You connect each channel (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Threads, Pinterest, Bluesky, Discord and Telegram) on the connect page of Upload-Post (TONVI TECH SL, Málaga, Spain), our publishing processor, by logging in on that platform's own page. Orbita never sees your passwords. Upload-Post stores the access each platform grants and uses it only to publish the posts and reels you schedule or approve in Orbita, to show which account is connected, and to return each post's link and its numbers (views, likes, comments, shares) for your Galaxy analytics. We send Upload-Post only what is needed for that: the video or image, caption, title and posting time. You can disconnect any channel at any time from the same Connect button in Orbita, or in that platform's settings; deleting your Orbita account also deletes your Upload-Post profile and its connections.

5. Service providers

To run Orbita, we use the providers below. Of these, only Vercel, and Upload-Post if you connect YouTube through it, ever store Google user data (see section 3a).

• Vercel: hosting.
• Google Cloud / Gemini: AI text, images, video and speech.
• Pollinations: AI images.
• Vercel Blob: storage for the media you upload and the posts waiting to be published.
• Upload-Post (TONVI TECH SL): connecting your social accounts and publishing your posts, plus their post numbers.
• Razorpay: payments.
• Cloudflare: domain and DNS.

They process data only to provide their service to us. Some of them process data outside your country.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your data while you use Orbita. Access tokens are deleted when you disconnect an account. Business details and generated media are deleted within 30 days of cancellation or a deletion request, except where the law requires us to keep records, such as invoices.

7. Deleting your data

Yourself, instantly: in Orbita open Profile → Delete my account & data and type DELETE. This removes your workspaces (every brand), Brand DNA, presenter photos and videos, reels, notifications and posts still waiting to go out. Payment records are kept because tax law requires it.

Or by email: write to mvibhanshu199@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my Orbita data”, from the email linked to your account. We confirm within 2 business days and delete within 30 days.

To remove Orbita's access to Facebook or Instagram, you can also go to Facebook Settings → Business integrations and remove Orbita; for YouTube, remove it at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Data stored in your browser can be removed at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.

8. Security

Data is sent over HTTPS. Access tokens and your saved workspace are encrypted (AES-256) before they are stored, and your session is a signed, HTTP-only cookie. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit access to your data to what is needed to run the service.

9. Children

Orbita is for businesses and adults. It is not intended for anyone under 18.

10. Your rights and contact

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time: mvibhanshu199@gmail.com. If we change this policy, the date at the top will change.
